We currently ship within South Africa only.

All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy via the following services:

  • Locker-to-Locker

  • Locker-to-Door


🚚 Shipping Methods

Locker-to-Locker

  • Your order will be delivered to a Courier Guy PUDO locker of your choice.

  • Once delivered, you will receive an SMS and/or email notification with a collection PIN.

  • Parcels must be collected within the time specified by The Courier Guy to avoid return fees.

Locker-to-Door

  • Your order will be delivered directly to your residential or business address.

  • Please ensure someone is available during delivery hours to receive the parcel.


⏱️ Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


πŸ“¬ Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • Locker-to-Locker: 2–4 business days

  • Locker-to-Door: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Remote locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays beyond our control


πŸ’° Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method and location.

  • Any additional fees incurred due to incorrect delivery details or uncollected locker parcels will be the customer’s responsibility.


πŸ“ Address & Locker Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing the correct delivery address, or

  • Selecting the correct PUDO locker location

We cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.


πŸ“¦ Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery through The Courier Guy.


🚫 Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is:

  • Not collected from a locker in time, or

  • Returned due to incorrect delivery details,

The customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
